Victoria is an award-winning personal branding expert, TEDx-trained speaker, and author who has made a significant impact globally, empowering individuals and businesses to reach their branding and career goals. Her appointment aligns with NEYI’s mission to drive digital empowerment and entrepreneurship across Nigeria.
About Victoria Adano Dama
With four years of experience in branding, Victoria is the Director of Leadway Branding Academy. She has authored two popular books, Personal Branding Blueprint and Goldmine in Coaching Business, which provide insights into building a strong personal brand and monetizing expertise.
Victoria’s academy specializes in empowering individuals to build authentic brands and helping professionals and business owners communicate their brand messages effectively.
She has been honored as one of the Top 100 Leaders and Innovators at the Youth Leadership Conference by Jamie Pajoel University and is actively involved in leadership as the State President of Jamie Pajoel International (Kaduna Chapter). Victoria’s accomplishments include features on Ogun State Television’s Profit Point Show, where she shared her expertise in branding and entrepreneurship.
NEYI’s Vision and Victoria’s Role
NEYI Tech Academy is an innovative digital learning platform under NEYI, committed to equipping youth, students, women, and professionals with valuable tech skills. By aligning with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), NEYI ensures that digital education remains accessible and affordable.
As an Ambassador, Victoria will promote the NEYI Tech Scholarship program, offering free tuition and acceptance fees for youths to learn essential digital skills. Through her brand name, QUEENOFBRANDING,
students who apply using her unique referral code will receive a 10% discount on their Scholarship Access Code (SAC), making tech education even more accessible.
The SAC provides students with access to globally recognized course materials, developed and taught by industry experts in fields such as digital marketing, cybersecurity, data analysis, project management, and app development. Each training session lasts 8 weeks, culminating in a certification process that includes resources for accessing remote jobs, internships, and additional international certifications.
