Entrepreneurship has become the word of the day, as institution like Harvarde College of Science, Business and Management Studies in Abeokuta Ogun State have adopted it as a course of study to prepare their students for the outside world.
The Nigeria Entrepreneurship Youth Initiative (N.E.Y.I) team led by the President of N.E.Y.I, Adefisoye Adeshola ( Mr. Diligent), The Legal Adviser N.E.Y.I, Barrister Jumoke Daramola, The Head of Technical Supports N.E.Y.I, Mr Daniel Azzez paid an official visit to Harvarde College of Science, Business and Management Studies, a private institution approved by the Federal Ministry of Education through the Hon. Minister for Education of Federal Republic of Nigeria and Joint Admission Matriculation Board, Nigeria. The institution is set up by Intellectual Harvarde Educational Services Ltd, with a common ideology of establishing an institution of higher learning with entrepreneurial development and vocational skill that can make their products to be self reliance with core values towards the development of this country that will contribute to Nigerian economic development, and also reduce unemployment in our society.
The President of N.E.Y.I, Adefisoye Adeshola ( Mr. Diligent ) has hailed the management of Harvarde to be one of the top and best private higher institution in Ogun State Nigeria in entrepreneurship development for students and this is what N.E.Y.I advocate for, takes practical action towards and basically impacts digital entrepreneurship into Nigeria Students , taking advantage and the best part of digital information that will help the students in their entrepreneurial activities, N.E.Y.I president added.
N.E.Y.I as approached the management of Harvarde College of Science, Business, Management Studies for a Free Digital Marketing symposium for its students, specifically on Social Media Marketing and Content marketing inorder to help the students on digital marketing information on how the students can also earn extra income in dollars without involving themselves in cybercrime that could led them into drug abuse .
The Deputy Registrar of Harvarde College of Science, Business and Management Studies, Dr.Osundeyi appreciate the N.E.Y.I team on their Initiative towards empowering their students with digital marketing information likewise he added that the institution shall implement capacity building skills in students which will bring about personal development towards a good leadership.
The Dean of Students Affairs, Harvarde College of Science Business and Management Studies, Mr. Ojo Bankole also contributed by saying ” Our vibrant campus is designed to develop skills through research in science and technology and build relationships that last a lifetime , Harvarde College of Science Business and Management Science is a place where minds are truly brought to live. The Assistant Director of Entrepreneurship Development, Miss Tolu, exercise her delicate perception, and keen insight in realizing the worth of the Free Digital Marketing symposium for Harvarde students as she added that the institution will forever encourage vocational and digital skills, especially on the N.E.Y.I approach to the Institution, In this digital era, many businesses, both big and small, are taking advantage of innovative means to grow their brand. Digital transformation will significantly contribute to the success of our student’s entrepreneurial business, Many business owners are jumping in on this trend of Digital Marketing today.
Conclusively, The President of Nigeria Entrepreneurship Youth Initiative ( N.E.Y.I) Adefisoye Adeshola ( Mr. Diligent) said the digital space is a new job, you have to learn, adapt, adopt, and don’t say I don’t have flair for it. Digital entrepreneurship has great flexibility and we need to foster digital entrepreneurship through deliberate collaboration.” N.E.Y.I will be supporting the students with more digital information and capacity building through N.E.Y.I sponsoring partners such as Agro Meta company and its international partnering bodies as this is the 17th goal of the SGD goal by the United Nations.
